Points are earned on your purchase subtotal, minus any discounts, promotions or other credits applied. Members typically earn two points for every dollar spent on qualifying purchases while logged into their account. (e.g., $1 = 2 points earned | 500 points = $5 Chiro Cash)
Any returns and refunds will result in a corresponding reduction to your point balance. Loyalty points are not awarded for eGift Card purchases.
Loyalty Points can be converted to Chiro Cash on a future purchase. You must have a minimum of 500 points to convert your points to Chiro Cash. (500 points = $5 Chiro Cash) Depending on specific coupon restrictions, you may or may not be able to use with other coupon codes. You can not use Chiro Cash to purchase eGift Cards.
You must be logged in to your account to convert points to Chiro Cash. Chiro Cash can be applied to your cart during checkout. You can choose to convert all your points at one time, or select a specified amount for a discount on your purchase.
Points are converted at a rate of 100 points per dollar, with a minimum redemption of 500 points, or $5 Chiro Cash. The maximum points that can be used at one time are 10,000 points or $100 per order. Chiro Cash cannot be applied to previously placed orders or used to purchase eGift Cards.
Unused points expire 12 months after they are posted to your account.

If your friend uses the link you supplied to create a new Well Aligned account and places a qualifying order of more than $50 within 60 days, you will receive 500 reward points in your account within 72 hours. Referral points are awarded for new account holders only. Referral points will not be awarded for existing Well Aligned account holders.
There is no limit to how many referral points you can earn, but referral points are awarded for new account holders only. If multiple referrals use the link you supplied them, create a new account, and place a qualifying order of more than $50 within 60 days, you will receive 500 reward points in your account within 72 hours for each successful referral.
Sorry, no. Loyalty Points must be earned by logging into an account prior to checkout. Purchases prior to the Loyalty Program launch on February 14, 2023 are not eligible for any points.
Orders placed as a guest are not eligible for Loyalty Points. Orders placed without a qualifying coupon code are not eligible for bonus points. Additional bonus points are not available for product reviews when NOT logged in, leaving multiple reviews per product, for referring existing loyalty members, or for referring new members that do not place a qualifying order.
Program Details: Loyalty Points earned with the Chiro Cash Loyalty Program have no cash value, except for being able to reduce a future order amount per the restrictions above. Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other account. Well Aligned reserves the right to add or remove points at any given time.
