First, try resetting your password. If you use the wrong password too many times, the security plugin will lock you out for 15 minutes, and continued attempts will reset the timer. The only way to bypass the lockout is to change your IP address (e.g., by switching to a different internet connection like home vs. cellular, or using a VPN). An alternative option is to check out as a guest, which does not require login.

If you are placing a domestic order, please verify that your BILLING information matches exactly with your credit card statement. 99% of the time, that will resolve the problem.

Yes, but international orders cannot be placed online at this time. We will generate a shipping quote based on your specific order details.

We typically ship in-stock orders within 1-2 business days via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority, depending on the items in your order.

Well Aligned orders ship from the Chicago, IL. AboveDown Apparel orders ship from Boulder, CO. Transit times vary based on your location.

Shipping rates are subject to change based on promotions, but the following chart is the standard guide for flat rate shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please email us with your complete shipping address, along with the products and associated quantities that you would like to order. We will use that information to generate a shipping quote so that you can decide if you would like to proceed with your order.

In some cases, we are able to have our third-party shipping service expedite orders. Please email us before or immediately after placing an order, and we’ll work with you to see what’s possible.

We want you to be 100% happy! Please review the Refund & Returns Policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us and let us know why. We can accept unused physical products and issue a full refund for 30 days, or work with you to find a more suitable product or resolution to fit your needs.

Please note: Customized digital products are NOT refundable once custom graphic design work has begun.

AboveDown Apparel returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition. In most cases, we can also offer an exchange if the fit wasn’t quite right. Please email us to generate a return or exchange.

Yes, most orders will receive tracking via Stamps.com. These emails can sometimes get filtered to spam. If you did not get tracking and would like to request it, please don’t hesitate to email us and we can get it for you! Remember — Well Aligned and AboveDown ship separately. Custom products will also ship separately.

Oh no! Please email us a photo of the damaged packaging and items so that we can get replacement products sent ASAP.
