First, try resetting your password. If you use the wrong password too many times, the security plugin will lock you out for 15 minutes, and continued attempts will reset the timer. The only way to bypass the lockout is to change your IP address (e.g., by switching to a different internet connection like home vs. cellular, or using a VPN).
An alternative option is to check out as a guest, which does not require login.
If you are placing a domestic order, please verify that your BILLING information matches exactly with your credit card statement. 99% of the time, that will resolve the problem.

Yes, but international orders cannot be placed online at this time. We will generate a shipping quote based on your specific order details.

- A list of the products and quantities of each that you would like to order. (A screenshot of your shopping cart will work if it includes all pertinent information.)
We typically ship Well Aligned orders within 1-2 business days via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority, depending on the items in your order.
Most Well Aligned orders ship from the Chicago area. Wall graphics and epigrams are made to order, and may require additional time. AboveDown Apparel orders ship from Boulder, CO.

In some cases, we are able to have our third-party shipping service expedite orders. Please email us before or immediately after placing an order, and we’ll work with you to see what’s possible.
We want you to be 100% happy! Please review the Refund & Returns Policy. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us and let us know why. We can accept unused physical products and issue a full refund for 30 days, or work with you to find a more suitable product or resolution to fit your needs.
Please note: Customized digital products are NOT refundable once the customization survey has been completed and custom graphic design work has begun.
AboveDown Apparel returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition. In most cases, we can also offer an exchange if the fit wasn’t quite right. Please email us to generate a return or exchange.
Our shipping partner does not automatically provide tracking for UPS shipments (typically heavier orders), but most USPS shipments (all other orders) will receive tracking via Stamps.com. This is something that we are working on with our partner. If you did not get tracking and would like to request it, please don’t hesitate to email us and we can get it for you!
